At Simone Pérèle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your lingerie or swimwear doesn't fit perfectly, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn items with original labels and protective hygiene strips in the original shipping box or a secure mailer.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of receipt.
